Process
DESIGN
We employ a skilled group of 3D designers dedicated to our projects. You have the option to provide your own designs, or alternatively, you can furnish us with specifications in the form of 2D drawings accompanied by measurements. We will assess the feasibility of your request, and once the design is completed, we will share the image with the client for confirmation before advancing to the subsequent phase.
PATTERN MAKING
Upon approval of the 3D design, the subsequent stage involves pattern making. Utilizing high-end CNC router machines, we typically engrave the design onto HDHMR sheets. Additionally, for upscale projects, we craft patterns using aluminum. Prior to producing the final product, discussions regarding the design will take place with the respective architect or contractor involved.
FINAL PRODUCT
After confirming the pattern, the product is crafted in cast iron according to the specified quantities, and if necessary, it undergoes painting. Subsequently, the finished products are transported to the designated location. Additionally, we operate with an in-house fabrication team solely operating within premises situated across Tamil Nadu.
